General: Based on observation, mold was on the interior surfaces of a small refrigerator located in the After School Classroom. The refrigerator door was not secured to prevent children from accessing the interior of the refrigerator and the mold. The director stated that the refrigerator was operational but had been unplugged because it was no longer needed.
