General: Based on Review of Documentation, and interview, the child care center failed to maintain food service in accordance with regulatory requirements by storing frozen food at a temperature of zero degrees Fahrenheit or below. Review of freezer’s temperature device built in to the freezer revealed the measured temperature was six (6) degrees Fahrenheit, which was six (6) degrees above the regulatory requirement of zero degrees per 922 KAR 2:120, Section 8, Kitchen Requirements. Interview with the child care center director revealed she did not store food items in the freezer daily, only occasionally, such as ice cream.

Based on further observation the two children ages six and seven that were dancing to the game, were dancing to a song "Blurred Lines" by Robin Thicke which contains multiple inappropriate lyrics that surveyor observed were written out on the screen for the children to sing along with.
