At the time of inspection, the children in the Preschool 3 Classroom, who are ages three (3) and four (4), were sitting at the table waiting on their lunch to be served. The Surveyor witnessed the children sitting at the tables during her initial walk-through of the center at approximately 11:30 am. The Surveyor entered the room again at 12:06 pm and the children were still sitting at the tables. The staff was doing "circle time" activities with the children but they were getting restless. A child got up from the table to go play and the staff redirected him back to the tables. The Surveyor asked the staff if they were waiting on something and the staff replied, "Lunch". The Surveyor asked what time lunch was to be served and the staff replied at 12:30 pm. The Surveyor left the room around 12:16 pm; the children had already been sitting for approximately forty-five (45) minutes and lunch was still fifteen (15) minutes away.
