General: Based on interview and review of documentation, it was CONFIRMED that the facility did not provide for the health, safety, and comfort of an eight-year-old child after he jumped off the stage and hurt his right foot. The eight-year-old child was in pain and discomfort after the jump. The eight-year-old child hopped on one foot from the gym to the trailer after the incident. The eight-year-old child was found in the trailer laying on a bean bag crying and hidden behind a bookcase.
