The sink temperature within Classroom 3 did not exceed 83 degrees Fahrenheit when measured with a thermometer. 3. The sink temperature within the restroom of Classroom 3 measured 123 degrees Fahrenheit when measured with a thermometer. 4. The classroom sink and restroom sink temperature within Classroom 5 did not exceed 65 degrees Fahrenheit when measured with a thermometer.

General: Based on observation, a child’s Epi-pen and allergy medication was kept in a small zipper-locked bag, with a key attached to the bag, within Classroom 5’s first aid backpack. During a tour of the playground the surveyor observed that the bag was placed on the ground, accessible to the children in care.
