Two (2) caregivers took fifteen (15) three-year and four-year-old children to a gym located at 10:09 am on 02/06/25. A staff member was at the front of the line and the second staff member was at the back of the line of children. The group entered the gym door as another group of children exited the gym. The entering children walked to the bleachers in the gym and a staff member counted the children. The staff member immediately realized two (2) children were not in the group and went back to the hallway to locate the children. The two (2) children stood across the hall from the gym door, watching a racquetball game.
