The surveyor found that an earthquake drill was conducted on 5/10/2021, and a tornado drill was conducted on 5/11/2021. General: Based on observation and interview, this regulatory requirement was not met. During a tour of the outdoor playground, the surveyor observed plastic fencing stretched out in the middle of the playground. The staff person in charge stated during interview that the school was having erosion issues on one side of the playground; therefore, the orange plastic fencing was being used to keep the children from accessing the area. Wooden stakes were being used to secure the plastic fencing; however, several sections were sagging toward the ground. The fence material could easily be moved back and fourth and was not stable. Children were observed playing in the playground space during the visit.
