    On 8/22/2024 a teacher and students exited the classroom to go to the gym. A 4 year old child got out of line and laid down on his cot. In the hallway, the teacher conducted name-to-face and realized the child was not present. She immediately retreived him from the classroom.

In the hallway, the teacher conducted name-to-face and realized the child was not present. She immediately retreived him from the classroom. While the child was alone in the classroom the ratio was zero caregivers to one child.
