470 IAC 3-1.1-46(l) · Licensee shall provide electrical or battery-operated smoke detector that is installed to manufacturers specifications and is located and adjusted to operate reliably in case of smoke in any part of the child care home, including not less than one (1) smoke detector at the top of each stairway and adjacent to all sleeping areas.
