    Some cleaning items labeled "keep out of reach of children"were being stored on the bottom shelf of an unlocked cabinet under the sink in the school age room including: windex, lysol wipes, foaming handsanitizer. In the older toddler room, diaper creams labeled "keep out of reach of children" were stored on low open shelving.

    470 IAC 3-4.5-4(2) · All restrooms shall be equipped with flush toilets and handwashing sinks and shall be ventilated to the outside. An adequate supply of water, under pressure, shall be provided at all handwashing sinks, as well as soap and disposable paper towels in dispensers. Toilet paper in dispensers shall be located at each toilet

    Plungers were being stored in both school age bathrooms on the floor next to the toilet. Some diapers were being stored loosely on a shelf in the preschool bathroom. Diapers were being stored in uncovered containers in the older toddler classroom's bathroom.
