There were several items labeled "keep out of reach of children" throughout the building. In the school age room a backpack and teacher purses were being stored on the floor. Wipes were being stored on low open shelving. Lysol spray was on a low shelf in a cabinet in the toddler classroom. Rustoleum paint and wipes were on a low shelf in an unlocked closet. Wipes were being stored on a low shelf right inside front door. A ceiling tile in the toddler room had water spots. The ceiling vents throughout the building had accumulated dust.
