Mixed Age Groups (Birth-6 years) 10:1* *No more than three (3) of the ten (10) children may be under sixteen (16) months of age and must be walking. 3 years and older (3-10 years) 12:1

There were twelve children in attendance and two of the twelve are under three years of age with one staff present.
