Multiple water damanged ceiling tiles throughout the facility. A recent roof leak was fixed, make sure there are no new leaks and replace or paint the damaged ones. Broken tiles/missing trim in various areas. There were "keep out of reach items" accessible in multiple classrooms. Unlocked mechanical panels in classroom.
