In room 123 consultant observed a 5 month old infant boy sleeping in a bouncy chair that was then placed into the crib asleep with a bib on and a 9 month old infant girl sleeping in a bouncy chair that was placed on the floor. In room 122 an 11 month old infant boy was sleeping in a bouncy chair with a blanket that was inside of a crib.
