Some items labeled "keep out of reach of children" were found to be accessible to children in the building. A bottle of window cleaner and a package of lysol cleaning wipes were being stored in the unlocked cabinet under the sink in the classroom. Teacher scissors were laying out on an open table and on a teacher desk. The utility room was unlocked containing weed killer, laundry soap, insect repellant, WD-40, and multi-purpose cleaner.
