Some items labeled "keep out of reach of children" were accessible to children. In room 112, dish soap and baby shampoo were being stored in the unlocked/deterred cabinet under the sink. In room 113, a teacher's purse was on a lower shelf in an unlocked cabinet. In 116, there was a teacher purse on a very low shelf of an unlocked/deterred cabinet.
