    There were some items labeled "keep out of reach of children" accessible to children in the building: Sunscreen was being stored in the hallway's unlocked but deterred cabinet. In the 2 1/2- 4's classroom, lysol wipes were being stored in the unlocked yet deterred cabinet under the sink. In Ms. M's basement preschool room there were lysol cleaning wipes and lysol spray being stored in the unlocked yet deterred cabinet under the classroom sink as well as the unlocked cabinet under the bathroom sink.
