In the girls bathroom, toilet brush in a stall which is unsanitizable. In the boys bathroom, toilet brush and plunger found in a stall which is unsanitizable. In the playroom bathroom, mop and broom were found in the bathroom which is not sanitizable. along with a toy box that has baby equipment in it was seen in the bathroom, not sanitizable.

IC 12-17.2-6-7 · The operator of a child care ministry registered under section 2 of this chapter shall provide a notice to the parent or guardian of a child enrolled in the child care ministry.
