At the time of inspection, clorox spray, lysol spray, lysol wipes, dawn soap, labelled "keep out of reach of children" found under the sink in classroom 2, behind a child deterrant. In classroom 3, dawn soap was found under the sink, behind a child detterant within reach of children.

In regards to the self report made on 4/23/24 and the complaint submitted on 5/6/24 (same incident), director states a teacher did not follow the programs rest period policy because a teacher forcefully made a child stay on a cot and took away age appropriate activites during the rest period.
