The children files are organized by familes, however on one the enrollment packets, only one child name is listed from a family of five. A different family file has only two of the three children with an enrollment packet. All children names must be included and listed.

On top of the dryer within reach of the children is bleach. Items that say "keep out of the reach of children", must be under lock and key or physically out of the reach of the tallest child enrolled.

470 IAC 3-1.1-33.5(b)(2) · Direct child care providers, including volunteers, shall receive training in the following within thirty (30) days of starting employment or volunteer work: Confidential treatment of personal information about children in care and their families

Staff files need a signed agreement stating they have been trained in fire safety, confidentality, licensing, and reporting child neglect and abuse.

IC 12-17.2-5-3.7(a)(1) · A licensee that cares for children who are less than twelve (12) months of age shall: complete the training course provided or approved by the division under IC 12-17.2-2-1(10) concerning safe sleeping practices as required by section 6.3(a)(3) or 6.5(a)(9) of this chapter, whichever is applicable.
