Facility has peeling and or flaking paint throughout the facility, especially along trim, around windows, and many walls in each classroom. Water damaged ceiling tiles were observed in the five's and two's shared bathroom, in the five's and two's classroom. There were also water damaged tiles above the dry food storage upstairs and the upstairs office. The two year old room has a hole in the wall to the left of the diaper storage area and insulation hanging from a ceiling tile above the diaper pad. The four year old room had a hole in the wall and missing paint next to the Step 2 Play Kitchen.
