Hazardous items and items labeled Keep out of reach of children were found behind child deterrents but accessible in the following areas: Room 5 aquaphor, Butt Paste, Eucerin, Desitin under the changing table and a purse on a low shelf in a cabinet. Room 6 Desitin, Aquaphor, Diaper Cream, bucket of sunscreen under the changing table and toilet cleaner under the sink. Room 7 had Clorox wipes and Lime Away on a low shelf in a cabinet.
