On 5/1/2025 a caregiver hit a one-year-old child on the butt and flicked the child in the face. A caregiver swung an object near a one-year-old child’s face while the child was sitting in a car seat. A caregiver threw a blanket over a one-year-old child’s head. A caregiver picked a child up by the wrist and placed the child on a chair. The caregivers that were present used profanity in front of the children and a caregiver cursed at a child. A caregiver yelled at some of the children and told a child to shut his mouth.
