470 IAC 3-1.1-48(c)(1) · Caregiver shall keep poisonous or hazardous materials that would harm children, including, but not limited to: cleaning supplies

There were a lot of materials labeled keep out of reach of children throughout the home. Bathroom soap, kitchen cleaners, sanitizer in front room, cleaners under sink, purse in reach of children, pill container on desk, etc. Basement needs another gate at bottom because there are hazardous materials down there - but that is how the children access the outdoor area if just the top is gated.
