The provider had a cabinet door missing under the sink where a child could into the cabinet area where plumbing is exposed. There was a strip of wood on a toy cabinet that was peeling off and the edges were very sharp and in reach of the children. There is a hole in the kitchen door that is in reach of the chldren.
