On 6/2/26 a PTQ rater observed a group of 9 children left alone on the playground this resulted with a ratio of 0:9. The correct ratio for this age group should have been 1:9. There was a ratio of 0:1 when the caregiver sent a child in to the bathroom on 06/02/26 during PTQ visit.
