Observed "keep out of reach items" accessible to children in multiple classrooms: Classroom A had an unlocked cabinet under the diaper changing station that had wipes stored in it. There was a staff purse in an unlocked cabinet. There were tacks stored in an unlocked storage drawer. Classroom B had an unlocked storage cabinet that had cleaning supplies such as Lysol wipes, staff belongings, sun lotion, and an asthma inhaler. Classroom C had wipes in a unlocked drawer in the bathroom. Classroom 4 had an unlocked cabinet with hand sanitizer, sun lotion, wipes, Tylenol, and Ibuprofen.
