Observed multiple classrooms to have water damaged ceiling tiles: Infant classroom above the hooks near door to hallway, in the closet, and above a crib; 1-2's classroom next to the bathroom above the shelf and above the shapes on the wall; tiny tots had 5 water damage ceiling tiles, 3K had 6 water damaged ceiling tiles and a ceiling tile that was missing, school age had 2 water damaged ceiling tiles; and the 2-3's classroom had a water damaged ceiling tile. Infant room had damaged drywall in closet. 1-2's room had drywall damaged next to bathroom. Broken outlet covers were observed in the 1-2's classroom next to the tan cabinet and in the tiny tots classroom next to library shelf. Trim needs repaired next to the boy's bathroom in the school age room.
