IC 12-17.2-6-7.5(a) · At least one (1) adult individual who maintains current certification in a course of pediatric cardiopulmonary resuscitation applicable to all age groups of children cared for by the child care ministry shall be present at all times when a child is in the care of a child care ministry. Certifications accepted under this subsection must include a live return demonstration of skills.
All staff had an online certification however, this does not meet the requirments for CPR certification with Hands on demonstration.

At time of inspection, in classroom 210 cough drops labelled "keep out of reach of children" were found in the teacher desk drawer. In 107, paint is peeling on the window sill needing to be repainted. In 209, 2 childrens' medications were found in the teachers cabinet unlocked. In 103, outlet covers are needed around the room, this is unsafe. In 206 there are 3 ceiling tiles that have water damage, needing to be replaced. In 207, a ceiling tile is cracked and needs to be replaced. In the downstairs playroom, there are 3 large holes in the walls, needing repair.

IC 12-17.2-6-7 · The operator of a child care ministry registered under section 2 of this chapter shall provide a notice to the parent or guardian of a child enrolled in the child care ministry. The notice must be signed by the parent or guardian when the child is enrolled in the child care ministry and must be kept on file at the child care ministry until two (2) years after the last day the child attends the child care ministry.
