At time of visit, items labeled "Keep out of reach of children" were accessible to children. Room 122- Under unlocked sink contained Clorox wipes, Febreeze, window and disinfectant spray. Desk top had air freshener spray. Room 111- unlocked cabinet had handcream, Tylenol, Aspercreme, Topicals and Ibuprofen. Changing table unlocked contained Desitin, and cornstarch powder. The following classrooms had caregiver personal purses or bags within reach of children- Room 111, 113, 114.
