Cleaned and sanitized equipment and utensils shall always be air dried, never towel dried. An alternative to dishwashing is the use of sturdy, all disposable, single-service articles and utensils. In the 2.5’s-3’s the sink on the tile side, seal is broken, and the sink is loose from the wall which is unsanitary and unstable. Two power strips are missing outlet covers which is unsafe. Green paint is peeling on the green cabinet and on the wall which is unsanitary. 1’s-2’s room there are 3 holes in the drywall, which is unsanitary, 3 cabinet nobs missing exposing the nails which is unsafe, and the bathroom light is not working. In the sitting room in the closet there are cleaning solutions and paint cans accessible to children which is unsafe. There are 2 ceiling tiles have water stains which is unsanitary. The Dolphin floor is scuffed by the changing table which is unsanitary.
