In L.Z.’s & L.R.’s classroom there is sinus medications “Keep out of reach of children” in the unlocked top desk drawer accessible to children which is unsafe. In F.F. & J.B.’s classroom there is a bottle of hand sanitizer, hand sanitizer packets, lotion, and a bottle of White-Out labeled “Keep out of reach of children” on top of a toy shelf accessible to children which is unsafe. In B.L. & S.B.’s classroom there is a jar of Vaseline labeled “Keep out of reach of children” in the top desk drawer accessible to children which is unsafe.
