On 12/18/25, Director self reported to licensing, DCS and parent observing a video (12/12/25) showing a caregiver swinging a two year old child by the feet in the air as discipline for not staying on cot. Co-Caregiver, also reported that same caregiver on 12/18/25 lifted the same 2 year old child by her legs and swung her in the air before putting child on the cot for naptime. Caregiver has been terminated on 12/18/25.
