In the 2's-3's classroom the Yellow table with 3 red high chairs in it are missing Straps and One white high chair is missing straps which is unsafe. The Extension cord strip behind the TV is missing outlet covers which is unsafe. The white door has peeling paint and the green paint is peeling through-out the room which is unsanitary. In the 3’s-5’s room the Door to school-age room is broken and coming apart at the bottom which is unsafe. There is Peeling paint and exposed drywall which is unsanitary. Closet doorframe drywall is chipped and paint is peeling which is unsanitary. Closet door has a hole in it with sharp edges acessible to children which is unsafe. 1’s-2’s: Purple drywall coming off wall with a hole which is unsanitary and unsafe. School age room: Hole in the wall in the hallway which is unsanitary. Baseboard is coming off the wall in multiple locations which is unsanitary. A white door has a crack in the middle which is unsafe. Ceiling tiles with water stains in the 3's-5's room and the School-age room which is unsanitary. Two ceiling tiles with broken corners in the 1’s-2’s room, Bowed ceiling tiles in the 3's-5's room, In there are missing ceiling tiles in the 3's-5's storage closet and missing ceiling tiles in the School-age room; All of which are unsanitary.
