In 2's classroom the dial soap container on sink states "keep out of reach of children" and the dipaer wipes in the toddler room at the end of the diaper table states keep out of reach of children. Both items were within reach of children and is not safe.

An adequate supply of water, under pressure, shall be provided at all handwashing sinks, as well as soap and disposable paper towels in dispensers. All foods provided by the facility, for children enrolled in the day care ministry, shall be from a food establishment, inspected and approved by a governmental agency. Food items shall be received at the facility in the original, unopened, undamaged packaging and shall be properly protected from damage and potential contamination. Food shall be free from spoilage, filth, or other contamination and shall be safe for human consumption. The temperature of all potentially hazardous food shall be 45 F. or below or 140 F. or above at all times. Frozen food shall be kept frozen and should be stored at a temperature of 0 F. or below
