This notice must be maintained by the child care ministry and made available to the division upon request

2’s room: Under the sink is Febreze spray labeled “keep out of reach of children”, Baby room: Under the sink was Hand sanitizer, Air Freshener, and 2 bottles of soap labeled “Keep out of reach of children”, 3’s-4’s room: Under sink there was Lysol spray and Room spray labeled “keep out of reach of children”; all accessible to children which is unsafe. All 7 classrooms had 1st Aid Kits under sinks accessible to children which is unsafe.
