A provider that cares for more than sixteen (16) children at a facility where the provider operates a child care program shall maintain a ratio of children to caregivers in the same proportions as specified in the child to staff ratio requirements.

In the 4's & 5's room there was chipped paint on the wall which makes them unsantizable. In the older 2's class missing moulding on the floor board.

Each childcare provider shall have documentation of a Drug test and result does not show presence of illegal controlled substance(s).(Standard 5 or 8 panel urine test) and a child care provider shall have: Written policy requiring random drug testing of caregivers

At time of visit, consultant observed two drawer plastic sets stacked on top of each other in toddler room. This is a tipping hazard.

At time of visit, items labeled "Keep out reach of children" were accessible to children. Fours classroom- Unlocked drawer cabinet contained Clorox, Lysol , handsanitizer and soap in bottom drawer. Preschool 1 room contained Lysol spray in bin on top of cabinet. Infant room contained vaseline in unlocked changing table. Toddler 1 classroom unlocked drawer contained petroleum jelly. Teachers purses were contained in pull out drawers (unlocked). Twos classroom contained Petroleum jelly in unlocked pull drawer.
