PreK room- There is peeling paint and exposed drywall throughout the rooms which is unsanitary. The ceiling vent is dusty which is unsanitary. School-age room- The are broken blinds on the first window which is unsafe. The same window plastic pull up piece is broken with sharp edges which is unsafe.
