At the time of inspection 1 child walked from the computer room into the cafe without a caregiver, ratio is 0:1. 2 children in the cafe, one in the bathroom and one waiting for the bathroom were left in the cafe without a caregiver, ratio was 0:2. The 1st/2nd grade group did not have the proper number of qualified caregivers directly caring for the number of children in the group. They had 0 qualified caregivers with 13 children school aged and the required ratio for that age group is 1:20 (variance on file).
