Infant room: Dents and peeling paint throughout the room which is unsanitary. Green room: Hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes labeled “keep out of reach of children” are on white plastic drawers & Windex under the sink; all accessible to children which is unsafe. Green Room: the Carpet is unraveling and pulling up which is a tripping hazard. Orange room: Under the window there is peeling paint, exposed drywall and the baseboard is coming off the wall which is unsanitary. Peeling paint throughout the room which is unsanitary. Purple (large room): Peeling paint throughout the room which is unsanitary. Small purple room: Peeling paint throughout the room which is unsanitary. School-age hallway: The air vent in the ceiling is covered in dust which is unsanitary. School-age hallway leading into girls bathroom the carpet is pulling and coming up which is a tripping hazard. School-age room: Peeling paint throughout the room which is unsanitary. Toddler Blue room: Baseboard is off the wall and there is peeling paint throughout the room which is unsanitary.
