At the time of consultant's arrival in Infant room B there were 3 infants: a 8month old girl, 9month old girl, and 9month old boy asleep in their cribs each with bottles and pacifier teethers attached to their clothes. In Infant room A had 5 infants: 5month old girl asleep in a crib with a blanket, bib and pacifier on a teether, a 7month old boy with a blanket asleep on a playmat in a crib, 7 month old boy asleep in a crib with a blanket, a 7 month old boy asleep in a crib with a blanket and a 9 month old girl asleep in a crib with a blanket.
