All foods provided by the facility, for children enrolled in the day care ministry, shall be from a food establishment, inspected and approved by a governmental agency. Food items shall be received at the facility in the original, unopened, undamaged packaging and shall be properly protected from damage and potential contamination. Food shall be free from spoilage, filth, or other contamination and shall be safe for human consumption. The temperature of all potentially hazardous food shall be 45 F. or below or 140 F. or above at all times. Frozen food shall be kept frozen and should be stored at a temperature of 0 F. or below

At the time of inspection there was a 3 month old infant was seen sleeping unbuckled in a swing with a burp cloth. A 5 month old infant girl was seen sleeping in a bouncy seat with a stuffed animal and bib on. A 5 month old infant boy was seen sleeping in a crib with a sheet that is too big for the mattress.
