    A present staff member does not have fingerprints with the divison. There is fingerprint reciept on file dated 6/29/2023. However, this is not valid unless a consent form is submitted. This must be done prior to working.

    At the time of arrival, an 8 month old was sleeping in a baby swing. Children under 12 months must only sleep in a pack and play or crib with nothing inside and no swaddling.
