IC 12-17.2-5-3(d)(2)&(e) · An applicant must submit the necessary information, forms, or consents for the division to: obtain a national criminal history background check on the applicant through the state police department under IC 10-13-3-39
A present staff member does not have fingerprints with the divison. There is fingerprint reciept on file dated 6/29/2023. However, this is not valid unless a consent form is submitted. This must be done prior to working.

IC 12-17.2-5-3.7(a)(2) · A licensee that cares for children who are less than twelve (12) months of age shall: ensure that all caregivers of children who are less than twelve (12) months of age follow safe sleeping practices.
At the time of arrival, an 8 month old was sleeping in a baby swing. Children under 12 months must only sleep in a pack and play or crib with nothing inside and no swaddling.
