470 IAC 3-4.5-4(2) · All restrooms shall be equipped with flush toilets and handwashing sinks and shall be ventilated to the outside. An adequate supply of water, under pressure, shall be provided at all handwashing sinks, as well as soap and disposable paper towels in dispensers. In the jellyfish bathroom diapers and toilet paper rolls were on black shelving which is not sanitizable. In the Little Flutters bathroom the toilet seat has a crack in it making unsaitizable and a pinch hazard for children.
