The children were playing outside of the fenced in play area when Consutlants arrived to the home daycare. They were on riding toys and playing. Staff and Provider were reminded to keep the children in the fenced in play area on 9/12/25 by Consultant and Regional Manager during the childcare inspection where they were observed playing in the same area outside that was not fenced and was concrete and rocks. This was noted on the Plan of Correction report/inspection report and discussed directly with staff and Provider during the inspection. The riding toys can be brought into the fenced in area to be played with.
