Hot water in the crockpots in the infant room is over 120 degrees.

Rm 308 had stacked chairs and peeling paint. Rm 307 had paint peeling and the blue chair is torn, not sanitizable. Rm 312 had handsanitizer on the sink, disinfectant wipes and resolve in the unlocked cabinet under the sink, teachers purse on the table, and paint peeling. Hall/gym area has paint peeling, triangle shaped mats that are torn, not sanitizable. Bathroom of room 312 had desitin and diaper cream in bins. 311and 310 had outlet covers missing. Rm 306 had outlet covers missing and in the bathroom had baby wipes accessible. Rm 305 had adult scissors on a low shelf and a "Plug in" freshner plugged in a low outlet. Rm 304 had baby wipes on a shelf, disinfectant wipes on a table, handsanitizer on a low shelf, shaving cream and baby oil on a low shelf, baby wipes in the bathroom and paint peeling. Foyer has disinfectant wipes on a low shelf.
