Rm 122 had items labeled keep out of reach of children such as: A&D ointment, toothpaste, Vaseline, Nail polish remover, Contact lens solution and Alka Seltzer in an unlocked cabinet on a lower shelf accessible to children. Room 120 had handsanitizer labeled Keep out of reach of children in a low drawer accessible to children. In the large gym there is a toe kick molding section missing.
