Hazardous items and items labeled Keep out of Reach of Children were found accessible to children in the following areas: Infant room had Lysol spray and disinfectant wipes under the sink behind a child deterrent. Rm 120 room had air freshner on a table in an unlocked closet and hand sanitizer in a low unlocked drawer. Rm 122 had hand lotion on the teachers desk.

Infant room crockpot was over 120 degrees F, scalding hazard. Rm 122 had items labeled keep out of reach of children such as: A&D ointment, toothpaste, Vaseline, Nail polish remover, Contact lens solution and Alka Seltzer in an unlocked cabinet on a lower shelf accessible to children. Room 120 had handsanitizer labeled Keep out of reach of children in a low drawer accessible to children. In the large gym there is a toe kick molding section missing.
