Room 122A - Toilet brush is located in cabinet accessible to children, the clorex wipes and bottle cleaner say keep out of reach of children and are accessible with the step stool in the restroom at sink, and in classroom outlet plug covers were missing on north wall. Room 121B their was Dawn Dish soap located bottom shelf of a cabinet accessible by children that states keep out of reach of children. Room 119 clorex wipes were in lower shelving accessible to children and states keep out of reach of children. Room 120A Lysol wipes were on back of toilet and state keep out of reach of children, outlet covers were missing on the west and north walls. Room 106 outlet covers missing on East and North walls Room 107 outlet cover missing on south wall and hand sanitzer on table says keep out of reach of children. Library outlet cover missing north wall and hand sanitizer on shelf accessible to children and states keep out of reach of children. Boys restroom has broom and dust pan hanging on wall that are not sanitizable. Girls restroom had toilet brush behind trash can that is not sanitizable.

In the Bears room Lysol cleaner, soap undersink, soap on top of sink ,lysol wipes under diaper table; Zebras room soap on sink, hand sanitizer under diaper table, Lions room Born Basic by door, Owls room diaper wipes and non acid restroom cleaner under cabinets, Bees room has germ-x on shelf- all these items state keep out of reach of children and were in reach of children. In the ponies bathroom had brooms and dust pan, Lions room had broom, mop in bathroom, the girls bathroom (Pink walls) had plunger and toilet brush in back stall and the boys bathroom had toilet brush in back stall as well as broom and dust pan hanging on wall, All these items are not sanitizable.
