    It was noted in narrative on 10/17/2024 that second toilet in main area restroom had sign out of order and needed repaired. That toilet still is marked out of order. Also the restroom off the eating area the toilet has sign out of order. Both toilets do not function and need repairs.

    It was noted on narrative for 10/17/2024 the smoke detector in dinning area was chirping and battery need replaced. This inspection the detector is chirping as well. This does not comply with Fire Prevention rules and needs fixed.
