Observed the building to be in need of a thorough cleaning job, paying close attenttion to the walls, floors, and equipment surfaces. Broken tiles need to be replaced. Damaged ceiling needs to be repaired. Paint is needed throughout because many classrooms have walls that cannot be easily cleaned. HVAC vents too dusty to function properly in some areas and rooms.
